Course Overview

Case Managers will learn how Remote Supports fosters a supportive learning environment for individuals with I/DD, thus creating opportunities to practice making decisions and living a more self-directed life.

Case Managers will also learn how Remote Supports enables safe and independent living for individuals with I/DD using non-restrictive technology and trained remote staff.

Remote Supports meets the needs of person-centered planning starting with a comprehensive strengths-based consultation process. This course will empower case managers to share Remote Supports to help individuals with I/DD achieve their hopes and dreams of independent living.
